Lap Dancer

This Acoustic Lap Steel Guitar is made using Solid Australian Blackwood for the Back and Sides, and Solid Sitka Spruce for the Top. Never happy to just reproduce a guitar, Graham has chosen to re-vamp the Hawaiian Lap Steel by creating more access to the neck and a slightly deeper body and the Spruce top giving the instrument a warmer bottom end and sweet highs, a fine balance.

The model pictured here features a Cocabola rosette, Cocabola bindings, Indian Rosewood fretboard, and Brazilian Rosewood Bridge. The soundhole pickup in the pictured guitar is a Seymour Duncan Magmic, featuring magnetic pickup and a microphone. This model retails from AU$3500.
